Re: Does anyone have a source for the MCU STM32F103CBT6TR? ?

Hi Jim,

I am?curious?to see what sources people have found.? When?I last searched, I?did not find any US sources for the real STM chip.

Some not-so-good choices:
1.? Harvest one from a Blue-Pill that you might have laying around.
2.? Purchase a "genuine" clone like the GD32F2103.? For example, .
3.? Search eBay for new old stock.? ?Because of chip scarcity, prices have?gone up quite a bit
4.? Search eBay and AliExpress for a Blue-Pill and then #1 above.
5.? Ask forums if anyone has a spare.
6.? Wait it out, checking periodically.? ?Earlier this year, Digikey showed a 52-week lead time for a GPS module that I wanted, so I reluctantly ordered the part from the?manufacturer and paid a $35 shipping fee.? Two weeks later, Digikey had it back in stock.

I just looked at Digikey and they are listing the MCU as on back order with no lead time listed. Does anyone have a source for this mcu that actually has them in stock and available?

Thank you.
