W8BH pocket tutor--has anyone bought pc boards or made a 3D enclosure?

I am wondering if anyone on the list ordered and
received any pc boards for Bruce's pocket tutor and would be
willing to share?
Also has anyone found or made a 3D case for it?? If so,? are the
3D files shared somewhere?
