Your screenshot shows me pretty small letters, so I can¡¯t quite make out what you entered for callsign.? But the ICOM software will not upcase the callsign field for you.?? If you enter any small case letters (such as n6ken), you will not be able to log on.? Be sure to enter N6KEN in UPPER CASE.

PS I suspect you want to add another terminal that will have the AccessPoint option checked:

After logging on

  • click on the ¡°Personal Information¡± link on the top right
  • click the 2nd box
  • enter a letter (like Z)? in the ¡°Initial¡± box
  • Click the AccessPoint box
  • Click the Update button

Thanks for the reply Jim. I'm not able to log in because I get the "ERROR!! : Certification error."?error when I try to log in (See Attached Image). That's the reason for my post. I've also had zero response from using the email address on the page. I've been trying to get this resolved for over a month. Icom said to have you delete my registration from W6CX and I could re-register from the main one.
