¡°RACES¡± who is the governmental authority to declare
this type incident pursuant to Texas Regulations? Amateur
Radio ? or County Authority?
Does radio act after a ¡°RACES¡± incident has been declared
by a governmental authority? If so what is the local ARRL¡¯s
plan that is public knowledge?
If it seems there is no ¡°RACES¡± organization by FCC RULES?
then why it appears by actions and written words there is an?
¡°RACES¡± group for Tarrant County not ¡°ARES¡±.
Please answer the above question¡¯s and indicate where
Tarrant Counties plan can be found as I have never found
it by public means.
