Reminder to check-in to the weekly Prince George's County Amateur Radio
Emergency Service (PRGE ARES) Very High Frequency (VHF) Training Net
tonight.
All are welcome. You do not have to be an ARES member or a Prince George¡¯s
County resident to participate.
Wanda ¨C KA3AHI and Jeff ¨C KB3SPH are the scheduled net control and
alternate net control operators for this evening.

Who: Any interested amateur radio operator.
What: PRGE ARES VHF Training Net.
Where: K3ERA 2M Repeater, 145.23 MHz (-), Tone 110.9 Hz. The net is also
available via EchoLink at KB3KOW-R (Thanks, Bob!)
When: Tuesday, 20 July 2021, 1930 - ~2000 Local (7:30 PM - ~ 8:00 PM).
Why: Encourage interest in and provide information about the ARES and
exercise communication skills.
How: The Net Control Station is W3PGC. This is a directed net; listen
for instructions and address all transmissions to Net Control.
