I can tell you that your current version was quite a challenge to get going without any hiccups. I had to uninstall and re-install several times (maybe 5) to finally get it working the way I feel it should.
Had issues with monitor.ini and several unstable panels especially the histogram as it would not display even a blank chart. Have display issues with missing arrow on the today connects search tab and the mfplot would not display. I would say very unstable on my system (windows 10).

I was doing ok but now I find that the program will not edit the monitor.ini file or safe it.? It seems to have a copy but I get the oops message stating it can not find either monitor or monitor sample ini files.
They are in the analyzer directory and rms has admin writes plus the files also have admin rights across the board.
Not sure what is up.

I installed the new version and was having out of range issue on moving day of month back.? Added the indicelevel=3 to monitor and that? fixed my issue.

How do I obtain a passcode and I need a new one.? Callsign is CIW924 (CFARS).

I copied monitor.ini.sample to monitor.ini.
Same result, I get a not poplulated window that has to be closed by Windows.
Maybe there are some settings missing in the monitor.ini?
Indicelevel=3 did not change it.

there is no monitor.ini File in the directory, just a monitor.ini.sample File.
I had to begin from scratch with the installation.
