Tom I have seen it a few times here as well, but for the life?of me I cant see a pattern in it. I know what you mean , to replicate or repair or fault find , you need some info to go on, but besides the fact I have seen trimode write the call in the log for the time logged onto the server, and that it does write the whole contact into the trimodelog file in full and what seems to be correct, then it forgets to write the adi file for the connection.
I saw this some time ago as well, but it seemed to have died down, (or I never had enough connections to make it happen) and has now recurred but more regularly. Until Doc sent me the mail, I thought I was the only one, so I am glad to see it happen elsewhere as well.
To pick it up is difficult, I only know of it when I have either had very few calls and the last call on the trimode screen does not match Analiser, or if i am watching it. I have not started to sift through logs to match the two files yet to see how often it occurs.
