Windows updated last night and the cluster program failed to load. I addressed that when I saw it and then noticed that cluster had closed again at some point. It is started again. It is possible that there was another windows related reboot. I am investigating why cluster failed to load on the restart. Please let me know if you notice the cluster not receiving spots. W0MU

The internet has been up and solid since around noon. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Sorry to say the problem has returned. They said they started seeing a noise on the signal this afternoon. They hope to have it fixed by Monday. I have a feeling they don't do line issues on the weekend unless it is an emergency. W0MU

After calling and raising as much of a stink as I could with Comcast, we might have got some resolution. We are at the end of segment with only two customers. Their automated systems only work on segments with 3 or more customers, so they have no clue when there is an outage on my line. They had to adjust a couple of amps that were providing far too much amplification which got worse as the temperatures went down. A network tech was able to see this issue this morning so they hope that this resolves the problems. I am not convinced at this point but hopeful. Thanks for your understanding! Mike W0MU

I am still having major issues with Comcast. They have identified a major line issue but don't seem to interested in fixing it in a timely manner. They are supposed to be out in the morning to fix it. I am not holding my breathe. I am looking at alternatives. I will update the list when I know more. Thanks for you patience.

I have updated the cluster to the latest versions today. As the contest is coming up I will not be making any other changes over the weekend unless absolutely necessary. I am on a family vacation in Mexico so I will not be watching the cluster very closely. We are still having sporadic internet problems. If you have issues connect to AE5E or VE7CC or another CC cluster. We all share the same data. Good luck to all in the contest and snagging some new DX! Mike W0MU

I noticed that it came back up not long ago and I was able to remote in and update the cluster to the latest version. I hope it works for the weekend. I will be traveling most of the day Sunday the 21st. W0MU

It appears the cluster is down. I am out of the country until Sunday. I do not know if I will be able to get it working by the the contest weekend. You might want to look for alternative clusters just in case. Mike W0MU

The power went out around 1am local time last night and came back on around 4am. The cluster did not power back on like it should have. I am working to get it back online. Mike W0MU

Something happened an hour or so ago that dropped my internet speeds to nearly zero. The problem seems to have been repaired. Sorry to those impacted. Mike W0MU

Comcast has identified a plant problem in my area that has been causing upload and download speed issues. They are to to be working on the issue tomorrow and these fixes will probably include some outages. There was no time period quoted for the repairs. Mike W0MU

With the router change the ip address has also changed. I have fixed this with w0mu.net and it might take some time to propagate around the internet. You can connect to 67.176.7.90:7373 if w0mu.net:7373 does not work.
