After calling and raising as much of a stink as I could with Comcast, we might have got some resolution.

We are at the end of segment with only two customers.? Their automated systems only work on segments with 3 or more customers, so they have no clue when there is an outage on my line.?

They had to adjust a couple of amps that were providing far too much amplification which got worse as the temperatures went down.? A network tech was able to see this issue this morning so they hope that this resolves the problems.? I am not convinced at this point but hopeful.
