The goal this year is to put every county on the air and we need your help! The MOQSO Party is a great way to dip your toe into contesting. It's laid back, slow paced and you pick the speed you want to participate in. If you are new to contesting, this contest is for you! The QSO party has 1x1 calls we are trying to fill. Eclipse weekend has arrived, and the Howell County ARES group is working in conjunction with the Howell County Emergency Operations center for the duration of the weekend! We’ll be monitoring the 145.250 (-) 110.9hz repeater primarily, but also the 146.940 (-) 110.9, 444.425 (+) 110.9, and 146.52 simplex. If you need information or have info to pass along, call Howell County ARES net control. We’ll also be making announcements along the way that may be of benefit if you’re in the area.
