As a for instance, I chose transmitter kits, and then "Two Tinned Tunas (EZ Build)" Price: $30.00
This looks like a $30 kit that any one of us could put together even if just for soldering practice. Then we can take a stab at understanding what the radio is doing from the schematic While I can't (yet) speak definitively to a transmit frequency, I think we are looking at our next fox.
Problems to solve:
?- define xmit frequency
?- define xmit power
?- automate call sign propagation
?- weatherproofing
They are so many projects here, one of them may have solved all this and be a fox right out of the can.
