In case anyone has the system on their computer,WX_TALK traffic from Echolink can also be heard on eQSO on my receive only link.
So if your into monitoring only,its an ok way to go.
If your from the effected areas,you wont be able to pass any traffic from the eQSO side.
There just isnt enough control yet like what you find with Echolink to keep the wack jobs from distrupting the net to open the eQSO link up to two way traffic.
