"Jenk's" was actually in a couple locations in the late 60s-early 70s. (my best friend at Flowing Wells HS was family of A.E. "Jenks" Jenkins)? They had two locations on the east side of I-10 north of Ruthrauff, at different times.? Also, across the freeway, south of Sunset, at what was the National Truck Stop was another of their restaurants. VERY good eating there.
