Wow. I just watched a very nice documentary on the public access channel called "Barrio Historico: A Walk Through Time." It had some wonderful oral histories and pictures of Tucson, the area to the south of downtown and where the TCC is now.
It was on this morning at 9am on channel 74 on Cox cable. It was filmed in 1991. They don't show another air date today or tomorrow, but they often replay shows on the access channels.
