The El Capitan is a great example of a what used to
be quite common in
Tucson. Funky, formerly grand structures,
completely unrenovated, but
still very much in use. I believe it is places like
these that give
Tucson such wonderful character.
The El Capitan must have been a fine hotel court
before it became
casita apartments. Wonder if it has any ghosts.
I'll ask around.
