My wife and I used to eat at that Furr's all of the time. My favorite was their chicken fried steak and potatoes. The wallpaper was kind of nasty, a design with bees or something and I always commented that they looked like bugs and didn't make an appetizing atmosphere. ;-)
I loved the piano man and used to tip him a few coins when we were in there. Back then, a full meal for two was usually less than $6.00 so a 50 cent tip was significant!
