This is what we've been waiting for. ?The Supreme Court has reversed the Grants Pass decision, which restores municipalities' rights to kick bums off public streets:


Now we just have to get the bums in office to enforce the laws already on the books

I called 311 about the feral with a toilet under the 101 on Fulton. Tomorrow they will send someone out to " access" the situation and it could be 15 to 90 days to clean up.??
Please call 311 and inundate them with complaints. This is a hazmat issue.

Just throwing this out there for ideas and leads.

A friend of mine in Austria is married to a professional woman who will be attending UCLA for an extension course from September to December of this year.? UCLA doesn't offer housing to non-USA students, so she's seeking a place to live for roughly $1200 a month.
