My understanding is that in the very unlikely event that this door-to-door stuff happens, HIPAA won't protect you, but quite possibly, the 4th and 5th amendments will.? Regardless, it sounds to me like a very desperate ploy to claw on to as much authoritarian power as possible. --

? ? Hi All, ? There is a VERY important City Council meeting coming up on TOMORROW morning starting at 10 AM. Councilmembers Lee and Busciano have been trying to get the Council to lift the prohibition against enforcing the no camping on sidewalks law. Many of the other members are fighting to keep it from coming up for a vote so they cannot be accused of voting either for or against it by those for or against it. We need as many people as possible to call into the meeting and voice our request that the Council allow the measure to come up for a vote. The phone number is 669-254-5252.
