Re: Flu shots
Cathy, you ask to cite a law that gives fetus these rights?? 38 states have some form of this.
Here is the link to CA. Even Roe only allows abortion up to viability, after that, the fetus has the right to life.?? Again, please listen to the oral arguments Dobbs case, you are not making sense.?? |
Re: Flu shots
But Cathy, there already is a ban on abortions on demand after a certain point in the life of the fetus, which is generally speaking viability. If you followed the Mississippi law recently argued at the Supreme Court, the issue is at what point abortions can be banned.? The current viability standard or
at 15 weeks which is what Mississippi is arguing.? The Texas law hasn't been argued at SCOTUS yet. I recommend you listen to the entire oral arguments and hear for yourself.? I did.?? |

开云体育Yeah, I think I’ve heard of that -lol!.. But I also think that is not true.? If it were, a ban on abortion would be the law of the land – including ALL of the US. ? From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of robfrankel

Re: Life, Liberty, Abortion and Vaccines
开云体育“seem’ is the keyword here. ? There is no case law giving a fetus rights.? ? However and this is a big however, overturning Roe v Wade COULD lead to a Federal law which would have to eventually lead to giving a fetus rights.? I can imagine where that would lead to. ? Giving a fetus rights vs the rights of the existing human host is at odds.? Does the host have no rights? ? One line of reasoning: Are we going to jeopardize or even devalue the life of the existing human to give life to the fetus?? Going further down this path, there is nothing and will be nothing to prevent the human host being used as nothing more than a baby making factory and then disposed of when no longer productive.? That would be ultimate subjugation of women.? Fortunately for women, we seem to be headed to more of a matriarchal society that will likely prevent this from happening, at least in our lifetimes. ? 开云体育Oh Scott, you are SO entertaining. ? For the last time, the thread of connectivity between abortion and vaccine mandates is YOUR BODY.? Even a ?dolt should have grasped that by now.? And once again, the point is if you can prevent a woman from having an abortion – I don’t care which state that is in – then you can likewise, enforce her taking a ?vaccine and that statement is NO indication I support that. ? You take the obvious and twist it into something it is not to fit your narrative – typical “red”.? Your attempts at belittling others is just that – your attempts.? Re: Flu shots
Actually, employers do NOT have the right to impose very much on their employees.? They once did, but not for decades. Ask anyone in that joke of a profession,?human resources, and they'll tell you how little an employer can legally do. ? That includes how to dress, how to act and forcing people to get jabbed. ?

Re: Flu shots
开云体育It seems to me EMPLOYERS have the right to impose almost anything they want with respect to their employees (within the scope of existing, current, jurisdictional labor laws). ? No one is forcing the individual person to work for a company whose policies they do not agree with, are they? ? You have to differentiate with WHO is imposing the mandate.? ??To my knowledge, the government has only imposed a vaccine mandate on their employees and sub-contractors.? As an employer, they are well within their legal rights to do so.? ? However, as the government, they have not imposed a nationwide mandate for everyone. ? ? ?
