Re: Scott is running for Studio City Neighborhood Council -- Register and Vote

Scott,

Congratulations!!!!!

My question about qualifications for voting center on the "community participation" aspect.

Specifically, would attending regular worship services at one of the houses of worship (synagogue, church, mosque, etc.) or attend a regularly-scheduled support group meeting located within the specified boundaries qualify someone to vote in the SCNC election?

To me, the activities that I noted above are "community-based activities."

Comments and observations on this "broad" interpretation will be welcome, as my residence is outside of those boundaries.

Also, bear in mind that the "bleeding heart libertards" are fully capable of gathering votes from the freaks who have set up camp within the boundaries.

Thanks,
Bob

Thank you, Scott for stepping up to do this! I will vote and spread the word.

Okay, I found the map.? So if you have a business, residence or community participation anywhere on this map, you're eligible to register and vote for Scott.? The boundaries are south of the 101, west of the 170, north of Mulholland and east of Fulton.? I live in Valley Village, but I have a rental in Studio City, so I'm in.
