This is what we see daily in LA. The parking g lot on Ventura Boulevard near the Hollywood Bowl looks like Calcutta slums. I don't understand why we have to put up with this?. The left has given more rights to tbe homeless than to taxpayers.? I was at a parking lot across the street from Gelsons and saw syringes on the ground. SYRINGES IN FRONT OF THE UPS store. It's maddening because we seem to have no voice in ridding this filth from our neighborhood.??
