To the best of my knowledge re building heater, leave the settings as they are and interior door to the bathroom should be left open during the winter time to prevent pipes freezing. (I believe agility folks have also been given this info re interior bathroom door - and there is a sign on the door stating such).

Re rally cones, not sure which you are talking about. There are 3 large cones and 2 smaller cones (used for figure 8s, etc.) that have a designated location on the west wall.
If these aren't the cones you are referring to, other cones have been located in and returned to the equipment closet.
