As in all regression, the r-square tells you how well you are predicting. In your case, it is exceptionally high, so you are predicting with near-perfect accuracy. That¡¯s not always a good thing. It suggests that one or more of your independent variables are basically synonymous with your dependent variable. Is there anything artifactual in your data collection that might be causing this very high correlation? For example, it looks like the dependent variable is knowledge sharing. Did you perhaps only ask the sharing question about alters that the respondent had a relationship with? That would create a very high correlation between your X variables and your Y.
