i need to match 2 datasets.

They are 2 affiliations network, i tried to use the Ucinet tools Data - Match Dataset - 1 and 2 mode dataset but i saw that it doesn't match both rows and columns.

?

Someone can help me? I uploaded as attachment the 2 excel file of the affiliation network

?

And after that, when they will be match, i need to transform them in an Adjacency Matrix

?
