Hi...I have some network data that has been collected looking at interorganizational relationships. We asked a group of individuals involved in the implementation of a health program to list up to 5 individuals who they contacted for information/funding/ideas, etc. about the program. (n=26 responded to the survey out of a possible 60). There is certainly overlap in some of the individuals named....i.e. two different individuals indicated they reached out to person B. However, person B did not receive the survey. My questions:

1. Is this ego centric data? (I have started to think this based on some reading I am doing. I have previously collected different data).
2. How do I enter the data in Ucinet? Do I complete a matrix for just the 23 individuals who completed the survey? This will miss most of the data that was provided because most respondents indicated people that did not receive the survey
