Our next contra dance will be this Friday, May 2 at the Phillips Recreation Center in Urbana. This will be Jonathan Sivier's Super Swinging Seventieth Soiree. Admission is FREE so come and join us.
The band will be The Young and the Fretless with Tom Bassett, Lyle Konigsberg, Rolf Pendall & Rebecca Grosser. The caller will be Karen Jackson from St. Louis. As usual there will be a short introduction to contra dance at 7:30 and the dance will start at 8. Bring your friends to join in the fun and snacks to share at the break.
