Our contra dance this coming Friday, January 24 will be held at the Phillips Center in Urbana. This is a change from the original plan of holding the dance at Channing-Murray. So make sure you go to the correct location.
The band for the dance will be Meadowhawk with Amanda Ramey, Claire Johnson & Matt Turino. The caller for the evening will be Miriam Larson. As usual there will be a short introduction to contra dance at 7:30 and the dance will start at 8. Bring your friends to join in the fun and snacks to share at the break.
Remember, the dance this week is at the Phillips Center and not at Channing-Murray. I hope to see everyone there.
