Computer Privacy Workshop
From my PeakProsperity subscription. Larry -- Recently, I read an article about the new AI software that is in every Windows and Apple computer and something shocked me... Sure, the new, high-tech features are super convenient, but no one is talking about how this technology could be used against you. This caused me reach out to my friend Glenn Meder (a world-renowned online privacy expert) and he confirmed my concerns... Your computer is not private. In fact, these companies are ACTIVELY using their operating systems to spy on you! Anything you do on your Windows/Apple computer is automatically "compromised" by their system. And AI is making this even worse. Windows recently announced that they are releasing a new AI "tool" called Copilot+ that will be in all of their operating systems. One of the core features of “Copilot” is the recall feature in which it will take a screenshot of your computer screen every second and then A.I. will analyze it. In other words, your computer will watch every single thing you do, and it will UNDERSTAND everything that you do. It will have a perfect memory, which will allow it to pull up anything that you read, type, or do in a microsecond. So, that brings on the question… What liberty will you actually have if you are being watched and analyzed every second of the day? Of course, Windows says this is only to help them "personalize" your content, but I'm sure you know the real reason why they are doing this... They want to collect as much data on you as possible! They want to manipulate you, censor information, and know where you stand politically. And you might be wondering, is Apple any better? I mean, they do use "privacy" as one of their selling points. Well, they're just as bad as Windows. Big tech has teamed up with big brother to create a digital surveillance empire. And Windows/Apple are key components to it. Now is absolutely the time to get private. That’s why I asked my friend, Glenn Meder, an online privacy expert and freedom fighter to hold a class on this specific topic. The class is titled: "Your Computer is Spying On You... Here's How You Can Stop It." You can sign up for it here. The class is going live this Wednesday, February 26th at 8pm ET / 6pm MT / 5pm PT. I'm excited for this class. I think it will be VERY eye-opening to what's going on behind the scenes. Feel free to invite your friends, in fact I think this is a very important message to spread. I hope to see you there! Click here to register for the free class this week at Privacy Academy Your Faithful Information Scout, Chris Martenson, PhD de KI0R Larry

Freedom Link and Meshtastic
4
The Freedom Link Group Inc. is proud to announce that we have teamed up with the company Spec5 to build a Meshtastic mesh networking system across the ARK-LA-TEX. We will be contacting and working with all the local hams and ham clubs to bring the final information, as soon is it is finalized by Spec5. Spec5 is a premiere company that builds all the equipment necessary to build a linking node/relay system. Please go check them out at this link: [ SpecFive LLC](https://specfive.com/) The sweetest part of this is they are going to offer all equipment to build the system at their cost to us. This offer is for all clubs and organizations that go through the Freedom Link Group. All other equipment sales, like for individuals will come with a discounted price and 10% of all sales will go directly to the Freedom Link group as a donation for a non profit organization. Those proceeds will be used to purchase more equipment and up keep of installed equipment. This is not just an exciting opportunity for hams in the area, but for everyone in the ARK-LA-TEX. Meshtastic is a off grid texting mesh network that requires no license to use and is an open source software that has so much more to offer in technology that has not been used yet. This mesh network will be another means of emergency communications when cell phone and internet services are no longer available. Its just another way that ham radio operators support our communities and help save lives! 73's https://www.facebook.com/groups/163933893197530/posts/the-freedom-link-group-inc-is-proud-to-announce-that-we-have-teamed-up-with-the-/544086478515601/? -- 73, Rod KN0WER

Richard and Judy went back to Washington State for a visit. He contracted shingles. The symptoms have abated quite a bit due to anti-virals. On Saturday he had a mild stroke. Judy was there and got him to Tyler. He is currently at the former HealthSouth Rehab Hospital, room 120, learning to use his right side again. He stood for us and is working hard to get out by the end of next week. Please keep him and Judy in your prayers. - 73s de KI0R Larry
