This was posted on the Pittsburg Facebook page. I'm wondering if anyone has heard of any other outlets doing this for the eclipse.
Due to heavy reliance on cell phones to receive emergency alerts, and the possibility of a disruption in service on and around April 8 from usage volume, everyone in our area is encouraged to listen to local FM radio stations Star Country 96.9 or K-LAKE 97.7 for alerts or important messages.
