It should be noted our Division Vice Director voted No on this, as did Director Baker, Norton and Famiglio. ? There were also many By Law Changes made. ? The good news is we once again have had an ARRL North Texas youth win the Prestigious Hiram Percy Maxim Memorial Youth Award,? this is only the second time a North Texas member has received this award. ? Sam Lovette KI5RSV is the 2023 Hiram Percy Maxim Memorial Award recipient. ? and ? Jo Ann Keith, KA5AZK receives the 2023 ARRL George Hart Distinguished Service Award. Jo Ann is the first North Texas amateur radio op to ever win this prestigious award. ?
