8.84 seems to have broken VOL trading for me. The older version had a
deltaNeutral property which could be set to true. Now instead there is
a deltaNeutralOrderType property. But regardless of what order type I
select, I don't get the stock trade with the option trade.
Also, it looks like regardless of what Implied Vol I set, the option
is bought at the current market price.
In addition, using TWS I can no longer place a vol trade using the
demo login.
