I've been using the paper trading account to test various strategies
and I've found several occasions where just the Bid or the Offer price
for 1 security freezes while everything is fine on others. This
problem persists until I reset the TWS application. I initially
believed this to be some software problem within my app but I've
verified that at the same time my application fails to receive updates
the same condition happens in the TWS gui. I've posted this problem
within the TWS usergroup and a few others have seen this as well and
not just in the paper trading account. Has anyone else observed this
issue either in paper or live trading and is there any resolution?
