Questions:
1. What do you mean by "it displays CDT" and "TWS is showing CDT" ? Where do you see the CDT timezone displayed in TWS ?
2. Do you have the exact same TWS version installed on all computers ?
3. Are you logging in to the same IB account on all computers ?
