My post is disputing this assertion. As I thought I said very clearly, there is no reason not to use TWS/Gateway 10.30, provided you are using any of IBKR's current API versions.
In other words, I think your assertion is completely wrong without some qualification and it's misleading for group members, who should ignore your suggestion.
