My apologies, GreenGreen. You are correct in that you have declared the callback.
But you disconnect and exit immediately after placing the order, so that your program is gone well before the callback arrives. If you remove or comment the disconnect statement at the end you will receive an error callback such as:
Error:? 3?? 321?? Error validating request.-'bN' : cause - Invalid order type was entered
