what is it that you don't understand? Did you read the API documentation, especially the chapters I pointed you to?
We'd be happy to help you understand how TWS API works, but the group cannot fix large chunks of your code or teach you basic Python programming skills by email. Also, I don't work with Python and neither does the majority or our 6,000 members.
