In July, IB sent out the following message to Eurex traders:
'Please note that Interactive Brokers is merging products currently listed on exchange names DTB and SOFFEX into a single exchange named EUREX.'
Now my historical data collection app cannot access any data for expired Eurex contracts.
Example: DAX Future June 2022
In my app I get an error 200: 'No security definition has been found for the request', no matter whether I try DTB or EUREX in the exchange field.
The same can be witnessed in TWS. You cannot bring up any old expiries and, worse, even the continuous contracts do lack all the data of the past.
It seems as if IB has 'deleted' data from all contracts before the September 2022 expiry.
Any insights or suggestions?
