Sometime I have to ask for help to figure it out myself...
ReqSecDefOptParams has multiple (4) return calls for SPX, covering SPX/SPXW on the SMART/CBOE exchanges.? ?
I was only picking up the first one thanks to some incomplete refactoring.? Maybe this helps someone else down the line.
