According to IB charges cancellation/modifying fee for stocks. Does anyone know a link which shows all the fees according cancellation/modifying stocks. According section "Cancel/Modify Order" there are no fees if API/CTCI Smart is used but only for US. I cannot see such "Cancel/Modify Order"-list for other countries, like Canada. And there are other things like "Trade Bust/Adjustments" which is also a kind of "Cancel/Modify Order". When can something like this occur and why do the customer has to pay for it? I don't understand this.
