I am wondering whether there is a combination of two issues at play:
- A small time shift on the computer that runs your program (is your computer clock 2 minutes and 34 seconds slow?)
- As Mark indicated, a time zone differences of several hours between your program and your TWS/Gateway (are you in a GMT +5 hours time zone?)
What is the time zone your computer time is displayed in?
Is the time on your computer different from, say your cell phone or the time in the upper right corner of TWS?
I took a look at this piece of your log: "18:43:07.663 tickString: 1591105541"
- 1591105541 represents "Tuesday, June 2, 2020 13:45:41 GMT".
- That is equivalent to "Tuesday, June 2, 2020 08:45:41" here in Chicago (GMT -5 hours DST).
- In other words, 15 minutes and 41 seconds after regular trading started at Globex.
Your time stamp says 18:43:07 what could mean you are in a GMT +5 time zone and your computer clock is 2 minutes and 34 seconds slow.
Does this make sense?
