If you are new to the TWS Api it will reduce a lot of stress and
frustration if you don't think of these things as issues - just as
part of the api landscape.
Figure out how the api feature works (regardless of whether or
not it makes any sense), do what you need to achieve your goal,
and then on to the next task.
There's a never-ending list of TWS Api wackiness and you will
make yourself crazy if you are always expecting the api to be
"logical" or "right".

The reported
