How do I get? Tws.ocx on to a new form?

I tried the?following on the
Demo and it worked except I have to keep increasing the order ID to place more orders.

How do you work around this?

P.S. The form I am using now (which was a simple Demo I
got from Jaba) I beleive has an earlier ver. of Tws.ocx
