Thank you Nolan, I am going to run the unit for a summer season and see how we do with it the way it is. We are going to pull our 73 bug convert to SD and the Black Hills, I figure if we are unable

Re: Hot Water Heater
Thanks for a serious response. The pilot stays on after release of button, and stays on (the first time) when I turn the water heater to "on". The heater stayed on long enough to heat up the heater

Re: r22 to v6 swap
So Jack, now that you know of such things, what about my idea of taking the "camper" part of the unit, and placing it on a new Toyota pick-up, am I nuts or what!!!?? -=dr=-

Re: r22 to v6 swap
Well JIM in my opinon it will take some good old fashion engineering ability of about 9 or 10- on a scale of 1-10 to do what you are looking at. I am only guessing, however, if you do it or find some

Re: power inverter

Re: power inverter
Benton, I like your idea of the two 6's, perhaps when I need to replace my current deep-cell I will give this a try. What I don't understand fully is why the two work better? I do a lot of fishing

Re: power inverter
Mike - We have a power inverter and it buzzes when it is on. However I do not know if it has a fan or not? I suggest you keep the battery in a proper covered container and there shouldn't be any
