My 1991 toyota truck has a switch on the dash that reads ect power/on off. what is this for. I don't have the owners manual so I can't look it up.

AC not working properly

F1 Snake. I saw another post on a Toyota diesel engine. This one a 2.2L out of an 80s pick up and it was up in BC. Could these diesel machines have been exported to Canada and not the US ??
