My ISP is connected with "ipass" if you get a ISP that is connected with
this dot-com you can call from a local phone line in most cities and receive
your e-mail for a couple bucks that is added to your regular internet ISP
bill. I use it in my buisness all of the time, when checking my mail from
my lap top. Perhaps you can go to "ipass.com" or some such thing and find
out what ISP in your area is connected to their service? -=dr=-

I know that satelite dish access is possible, but it is prohibitively
expensive and used mainly by businesses. A regular ISP hookup through a
cell
phone may be slow, but it is affordable and probably works ok, so long as
you are relatively near a tower and not moving.
