Thanks for all the info on the V6 and other ?.
I would like to Know if any one had the repair
done on the V6 and How long the fix will
work, If it will work for 50,000 Mi. it would be
OK to buy one, or have DOA Do a excahnge, after it
gets close to the 60,000 time belt replceing.
I drive at 60 to 75 on my trips to San Diego, and
get 180 mi to tank 13 Gallons = 13.8 MPG At 55
I get 15.6 MPG or 1.7 MPH better at the lower
speeds, wind can bring it down to less than 10 MPG
If a head wind and up to 18MPG with a tail wind.
As far as fixers they are avil, and the 85 easy rider
was had for 2700 but needed 1500 in work we could have
got it for 1500 if we knew how much work it needed,
repaneling and roof, and trans.He is going to sell it
and get a sunraider.all it needs now is the trans work
to get the overdrive to work.
