Re: tach

Dick Rettke

I hear what you are saying, I guess I will put the adding of a tach on the
bottom of the list and drive the unit for a bit, and see what I want to do.
Wisconsin has hills but not mountains, however, we may go to SD back hills
this summer, and I will put her to the test then. I like the site, and it
is so nice to be in touch with people who have the toys as well. -=dr=-

Dick, I don't know how much good a tach will do you with an automatic.
Unless you do alot of manual shifting in mountains. My camper had a
tach when I bought it, but it doesn't effect the how hard I drive my
camper. I rarely rap out my little 22R-E with a 5 speed. I like to
take it easier as much as I can. When I am going through mountains I
don't need a tach to tell me when to shift, you usually know. I just
use it more for curiousity. Waiting for spring...Nate
