I have a 1989 V6 Toyota Seabreeze with about 75,000 miles on the original engine. Have had her since 2004 ¨C raised three kids, lots of camping¡ now we're headed toward retirement. Engine is good, no mechanical issues, had a brake job done about three years ago. She got into a fight with a tree in 2019, and the damage to the roof above the cabin door showed rot. The roof had leaks in the past but has not had any since we sealed it a few years ago. The cabin is in good condition and everything works. I¡¯m trying to decide whether to just sell the rig as is or invest the money to fix the roof rot. I¡¯m not even sure I can find anyone in my area (Durango, Colorado) to do that.
