Last time I was traveling through Canada I just ordered from Walmart online they shipped it to the nearest Walmart store that had a tire department.
If you buy any tire from Walmart free mounting comes with it.
When I went in for my appointment they said they couldn't install it on the RV and that I would have to take the tire off the RV and then they would Mount the tire on the rim for free which they did.
