Marvel mystery pil in cylinders is incredible way to free up engine, I had to do on an oldsc324 which sat for 30 yrs and wouldn't turn. After a couple applications and weeks it turned by starter and roared to life. Only oil my mechanics use for this purpose

and take all the spark plugs out? ?and put a few squirts of fresh engine oil into all the cylinders.? Then I would attach battery cables or insert new battery and see if the starter will spin the engine a little bit
but no so much you burn up your starter.? When you drain and refill the tank with just a gallon or two,
I would uuse fuel that does not have any alcohol in it.? I think the main issue here is confirming that the engine is not seized and if the cylinders were dry that this? spinning of the engine would not scuff the cylinders too much..
